This is a copy of the original marriage license for my great grandparents, PHILLIP L HUBER b abt 1844 OH and CAROLINE AMELIA "CRAMELIA" FRAZIER born April 9, 1848 Thorntown, Boone Co IN. They were married Nov 24, 1869 in Thorntown, Boone Co IN.
By the 1880 US census, they were living with PHILLIP's widowed mother, CATHERINE (SHRIVER) HUBER in or near Darlington, Montgomery Co IN, which is only a few miles away from Thorntown, Boone Co IN. Shortly after 1880 census, they moved to Bangor, Marshall Co Iowa.
PHILLIP L HUBER disappeared without a trace sometime between 1880 and 1885, after their move to Bangor, leaving CRAMELIA to raise three children alone. She married for a second time to PETER CLOW in 1895; he died in 1899.
